"The Full Package" Bride & Groom"

This service is for the couple who desires assistance for all aspects of their wedding. With this package, Imagine Weddings and Event Planning will assist in finding a venue, all vendors, and take care of all important details.. from begging to end.

Prior to Wedding

  • Initial Consultation meeting
  • Unlimited meetings, phone calls and emails
  • Establish detailed budget analysis
  • Maintain accounting for all wedding expenses
  • Complete final balances due for all expenses
  • Deliver final check(s) to vendors
  • Preview wedding sites for the perfect location for your wedding; and secure site when finalized.
  • Etiquette assistance
  • Recommend, assist with booking, and meeting with professional vendors: (photographer, videographer, musicians/music for the ceremony, band emcee or DJ, officiant, invitations, calligrapher, linens, rentals, transportation, favors, accessories, bridal party gifts, tuxedos, bakery, honeymoon, florist, hair, make-up and more.
  • Assist in mailing and setting up stationary (i.e. "Save the Date" cards, invitations, welcome letters, programs, menus, erc.)
  • Request a decision on disbursement of flowers after the wedding.
  • Arrange tasting at the reception venue
  • Review vendor contracts and provide creative suggestions to minimize expenses
  • Review vendor contracts to confirm requested services
  • Assist with layout development plans for decor and catering
  • Check all seating lists to insure correct counts
  • Assemble wedding crew and directions for set-up
  • Compile a list of accomodations for guests for rate structure
  • Negotiate hotel group room blocks for you and your guests
  • Contact guest who are late in sending back RSVP cards
  • Collect all items that need to be at the reception/ceremony site (i.e. Guestbook, programs, place cards, favors, etc.)
  • Provide wedding day schedule of events for bridal party
  • Provide timeline to key vendors
  • Arrange for special-needs seating

 

Rehearsal

  • Meet efficient, family and bridal party
  • Orchestrate wedding rehearsal
  • Provide timeline for wedding party
  • Plan processional/recessional and VIP seating
  • Instuct ushers on VIP seating and timing

Wedding

  • Arrive prior to first vendor arrival
  • Coordinate florist delivery to hotel/site for wedding party/family members
  • Distribute and pin-on all bridal party flowers, as needed
  • Coordinate with photographer/videographer and officiant
  • Distribute ring pillow, flower basket(s) and all personal items
  • Setup a guest book table or sign-in table, this may include the gift table
  • Confirm possession of rings prior to ceremony
  • Provide bridal emergency kit
  • Complete final check, VIP chairs, spacing, and flowers
  • Close off all entraces to ceremony area
  • Direct the set up of: Ceremony, Seating arrangements (ceremony and reception)
  • Orchestrate the ceremony processional, Reception (table linens/decorations, food/bar, cake, guest/gift table)
  • Greet and direct late arriving guests
  • Collect all personal and ceremony items for safe keeping

Wedding Reception

  • Direct the setup of the Reception: (table linens, decorations, food, bar, cake, guest/gift table, placement of VIP tables and bridal table, etc.)
  • Check for correct set-up, number of tables, sizes, etc.
  • Arrange all seating cards on seating card table
  • Check with the banquet manage to complete final chair counts
  • Review wedding schedule for food service with banquet captain
  • Review wedding schedule with band emcee or DJ
  • Oversee transfer of flowers from ceremony to reception and placement
  • Check bridal table and cake table for all required items
  • Bring all items to reception (cake topper, knife/server/toasting glasses, place cards, napkings)
  • Direct all guests from cocktail location to reception
  • Line-up bridal party for introductions
  • Maintain and coordinate timeline for all special events throughout reception
  • Cue bride and groom, best man, and parents for all special events throughout the reception.
  • Pack up all miscellaneous personal items and gifts and turn them over to designated person.
  • Disburse flowers as previously directed
  • At end of the evening collect all decor items.
